Methyl 12 Plus blends together two biologically 'active' forms of vitamin B12 which contains both (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) and the biologically active form of vitamin B9 (folate) to maximize absorption, utilization and support a healthy nervous system and aid in blood cell production.

Why is proper methylation important?
Methylation is a chemical modification of DNA and other molecules that may be retained as a type of 'memory' as cells divide to make more cells. When found in DNA, methylation can alter gene expression. In this process, chemical tags called methyl groups attach to a particular location within DNA where they turn a gene on or off, thereby regulating the production of proteins that the gene encodes.
How methylation impacts the body. Nutrient deficiencies, environmental exposures, and other aspects of a modern lifestyle can cause inefficient methylation.
Methylation significantly impacts many biochemical reactions in the body and plays a beneficial role in:

Methyl 12 Plus does not contain the synthetic form of B9, often referred to as folic acid. Instead, Dr. D'Adamo used the nature-identical and fully active Vitamin B9 (folate).

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
